STOP ONE: HAYWIRE WINERY
Start your experience with a stop at Haywire Winery. We have created a special discount code so you can book a free Haywire Portfolio tasting! Enjoy a thoughtfully curated selection of Haywire favorites while sitting in our beautiful new tasting lounge. Your host will guide you through the tasting, all showcasing terroir-driven, cooler climate wines. Discover aromatic, approachable and lively wines with Summerland personality! If you would like some nibbles with your wine, we recommend adding one of our delicious charcuterie boards to your visit.

STOP TWO: Lunch at Zia’s
For lunch we recommend dining at Zia’s Stonehouse. Designated as an architectural heritage site, this beautiful house was built by Alfredo Biagioni in 1916. The restaurant has become a popular dining room for locals and visitors throughout the Okanagan Valley. They are also a great local partner of ours and carry an excellent selection of Haywire and Narrative wines!

STOP THREE and beyond! Explore the Bottleneck Drive
Summerland’s Bottleneck Drive is a collective of craft beverage producers located in Summerland. The group is made up of 11 wineries, 4 cideries, 2 distilleries and 1 brewery. The Bottleneck Drive route was created to make it easy for visitors to spend the day sipping and savouring Summerland. Check out the options on the Bottleneck Drive map and wine routes page.
There are many amazing beverage producers in town, but we had to take a moment to shout out one favourite local partners: Summerland Heritage Cider. We love them so much we feature their ciders in our tasting room!
You will find Summerland Heritage located in Trout Creek. At their beautiful open concept cider barn they offer flights and glasses of cider, snacks and paninis, among other choice beverages. If you need a caffeine fix or delicious pastries, visit The Crick Coffee and Farm Store on site at Summerland Heritage Cider.

Stop 5: Dinner at Shaughnessy’s Cove Restaurant
After a full day out and about in Summerland, we recommend heading back to the Summerland Waterfront resort for dinner at Shaughnessy’s Cove Restaurant. Located on the Summerland waterfront, Shaughnessy’s is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. We recommend ordering a bottle of Haywire to enjoy with your meal!
