Celebrate the holiday season with a visit to our festively decorated cellar, glowing with sparkling holiday décor and seasonal charm. Celebrate the holiday season with a festive Flights and Bites tasting experience designed to bring a little extra sparkle to the start of the season.
Guests will partake in a guided selection of wines and paired bites. Curated by DJ Kearney, Wine Director & Sommelier, this flight is all about the magic of a great pairing. Enjoy Haywire DeLong-Gee Chardonnay with creamy shrimp dip, Gamay Rosé with hummus and muffuletta, and Haywire Gamay with savoury salami and red peppers. Bright, juicy, salty and satisfying.
Reservations are recommended and will be open to all guests. Tickets are priced at $30 per person + taxes & gratuity, offering a relaxed, seasonal experience for guests looking to sip, savour, and celebrate as part of this annual local celebration.
On November 28 only, we’ll also have gourmet mac n cheese available for $10, if you’d like to enjoy more than the small Flights and Bites pairings with your wine.
