Join us at Haywire Winery for Bloom – Baking with Lavender, a relaxed spring experience of baking, wine, and local flavour. Hosted with Summerland baker Beth Watt from Giants Head Kitchen, this intimate demonstration explores lavender shortbread and icing, showcasing the versatility of culinary lavender.
Enjoy samples, a live demo, and sips of Haywire Pink Bub, Narrative Rosé, and Narrative White. Non-alcoholic lavender beverages will also be available.
Guests will take home recipes and a sachet of organic lavender from our Garnet Valley Ranch.
